• Jamie Gabriel, a social worker and family resource specialist for tiny-K Early Intervention Inc. in Lawrence, has attained an infant mental health endorsement from the Kansas Association for Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health. Gabriel successfully completed program requirements for endorsement as a level 3 infant mental health specialist. As a social worker and family resource specialist, Gabriel provides developmental guidance and counseling to families with children under age 3.

• Roderick Cody, Lawrence, has joined the State Library of Kansas as a full-time network specialist. Cody will provide technology support to the library staff and assist with statewide technology services such as Audiobooks, Music and More, statewide databases and the library’s website.

• Pam Altic Van Roekel, Lawrence, has joined The Olivia Collection as director of sales for The Oread. She will consult with clients on behalf of the Olivia Collection for all of its events, including conferences, corporate retreats and meetings.

• Four members of Kansas Public Radio’s Development Office attended the Public Media Development and Marketing Conference July 8-10 in Fort Worth, Texas. Development director Sheri Hamilton and staffers Joanne Fewins, George Norton and Phil Wilke attended workshops on fundraising, publicity, marketing, corporate support and membership.
