City mowing
To the editor:
I read the article where the city was sending out notices for people to mow their grass.
Hello, City Hall … Have you seen your property from 12th to 15th Street between Haskell Avenue and Oregon Street? You have weeds that are four feet tall! It looks awful. How about mowing your own weeds.
