Liberal crosshairs

To the editor:

Once again the liberal (progressive) left has a former public servant in its political crosshairs. The Kansas Board for the Discipline of Attorneys, specifically Stanton A. Hazlett, has filed a complaint against former Attorney General Phill Kline for professional misconduct. The whole story is too lengthy to outline in this letter, but it is my opinion that this action is at the prodding of the left-leaning Kansas Supreme Court. They couldn’t go after him themselves, so they got someone to do their bidding.

Kline looked to do nothing except enforce abortion laws that had been ignored. This action is because he was able to expose how the killing of innocent children pays well and provides good political allies. The left doesn’t care that someone underage was raped or coerced into sex. The left doesn’t care that a caregiver of someone, who does not have the mental capacity to understand when someone is sexually abusing them, goes unreported and, therefore, unpunished because it might cost political capital. Nobody cared about the amount of money our then-Gov. Kathleen Sebelius received in campaign donations from George Tiller. The devil is in the details.

The message being sent by this action is much like what the “mafia” might send. “We don’t forget. We get even. We will get you and your family!”
