Lawrence Early Childhood Special Services is offering free developmental screenings for children from 3 to 5 years old. The screenings look at walking, talking, hearing, vision, thinking and play skills.

Screenings will be Jan. 26 and Feb. 9 and 23 at East Heights Early Childhood Family Center, 1430 Haskell Ave. To schedule an appointment, stop by the center or call Edie Boehle at 330-1643 or Rusty Schnur Shelter at 330-4476.
