Nancy Fleshman with Stephens Real Estate Inc. has earned the Senior Real Estate Specialist Designation with the National Association of Realtors.

By earning the designation, Fleshman aims to meet the special needs and concerns of maturing Americans. She has demonstrated the necessary expertise to counsel clients ages 50 and older through major financial and lifestyle transitions involved in relocation, refinancing or selling the family home.

The SRES will continue to update, offer extended special training, and offer options and information needed in making life-changing decisions.

Fleshman is involved with Kansas Elder Care as well as working with Meals On Wheels.

She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Kansas Association of Realtors, the Lawrence Chamber of Commerce, Lawrence Area Partners in Aging and has more than 20 years of real estate sales experience.
