Shaving debate
To the editor:
The Dec. 17 article “Belly Bump and Grind” generated a heated comments debate. This debate was not so much about the content of the article but about body hair and other body image issues. Most people commenting were so hung up on the photos of me that they seemed to miss the article around them completely.
Most comments about my videos online also address my choice not to shave. Someone should write an article on women and body hair because it is apparently an engaging topic. I’d love to see an article that addresses the shaving debate and I can’t help but think that many others would, too.
