Olathe ? Free State High placed third and Lawrence High fifth Saturday in the Sunflower League boys bowling tournament, while FSHS was fourth and LHS sixth in the girls tournament.

Robert Wagner led the Free State boys with a 650 series to finish ninth, and Tanner Kilmer led the Lawrence High boys with a 643 series for 11th place. The Firebirds’ Justin Walthall rolled a 631 series and Nick Conrad a 620 series, and the Lions’ Ben Wyatt had a 613 series and Ryan Miller a 611 series.

Free State’s Michelle Scheiffer and Lawrence High’s Alexah Gudenkauf tied for eighth place, each with a 564 series. The Firebirds’ Christina Picicci had a 530 series and Gretel Birand a 517 series, and the Lions’ Delaney Diecker had a 508 series and Danielle Husted a 490 series.
