The Wakarusa River Valley Heritage Museum will conduct its annual barbecue dinner and fundraiser at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 3, at Bloomington Park, on the west side of Clinton Lake.

Members are asked to bring side dishes to be served with the barbecue.

Country musicians will play, and Arnold Schofield, a John Brown re-enactor, will perform a short historical presentation.
