Baker University sees enrollment drop

Baker University’s fall enrollment is 3,853 students, down from the record 4,112 reported last fall.

The Baldwin City campus, which serves College of Arts and Sciences students and School of Education undergraduates, has 992 students, six fewer than last fall.

The school reported 308 new degree-seeking students on the Baldwin City campus, which is the highest number of new students at Baker since the number was first tracked in 1986.

Baker has campuses in Baldwin City, Overland Park, Topeka, Wichita, North Kansas City, Mo., and Lee’s Summit, Mo.
