Habitat for Humanity to mark milestones

Habitat for Humanity in Lawrence will celebrate a couple of milestones this weekend.
The Habitat ReStore, which recently moved to 708 Conn., will celebrate its fourth birthday with an event from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at the store.
The event will include a performance by Rich and the Rockets and drawings, a scooter raffle, food, birthday cake and 40 percent off items in the store. Sales benefit Habitat in Lawrence.
This year, Habitat is also celebrating its 20th anniversary in building affordable housing in and around the Lawrence area.
