Plain tired

To the editor:

Mel Brooks’ comedy classic “Blazing Saddles” is my all-time favorite movie.

And so, to quote Madeline Kahn, I’m tired.

I’m tired of Keith Olbermann’s blustery theatrics that cloud any point he might be trying to make.

I’m tired of Bill O’Reilly’s bullying, circular reasoning and bombastic tirades.

I’m tired of politicians stupidly forgetting their status as public figures while they go off to South America to have a scandalous affair.

I’m tired of people defining anyone that is politically active only by their political party.

I’m tired of politicians that will do anything and everything, including heckling the president of the United States, to get attention.

And, most of all, I’m just tired of red and blue. It just makes me see red and feel blue.
