The Knights of Columbus have designated Friday through Sunday as Helping People with Intellectual Disability Days.

On those days, members of the Kansas Knights of Columbus will be outside local banks, stores and churches collecting donations as part of the annual Tootsie Roll Fund Drive.

The donations collected will support both institutions that assist those with intellectual disabilities, as well as the annual Special Olympics Basketball Tournament, held March 18-20 at Fort Hays State University.

Donations for the drive can be sent to Larry Libeer, 6001 Bob Billings Parkway, Lawrence KS 66049. Checks should be made payable to the Tootsie Roll Program Fund.
