The Lawrence Arts Center is seeking elves for its Holiday Shop, an annual event that gives children the opportunity to come in and shop with “Holiday Dollars” for gifts for their families. About 50 volunteer elves are needed for each shift: 3:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 11; and 8 a.m. to noon and noon to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 12.
