The Missouri Innovation Park in Blue Springs continues to progress with the addition of a design team that will complete its master plan.
The team includes Treanor Architects PA, a full-service architecture firm with offices in Lawrence, Topeka, Kansas City, Mo. and St. Louis; Confluence, a landscape architecture and planning firm with an office in Kansas City; and Olsson Associates, an engineering firm with local offices in Olathe and Overland Park.
The 500-acre Missouri Innovation Park is a development anchored by the Mizzou Center for Innovation. The master plan is committed to sustainable features that highlight the natural assets of the area.
The plan calls for groupings of buildings that take advantage of sweeping golf course views and are connected by outdoor collaboration spaces.
The plan also enables easy transitions between multi-disciplinary users, all supporting innovative concepts, for education, research, and manufacturing.
