Week of reading to preschoolers to begin

The fifth annual Kansas Reads to Preschoolers Week kicks off Monday.
This year, the theme is “Fitness,” and the statewide book selected for reading is “Wiggle,” by Doreen Cronin. The author will make several stops in Kansas, reading to preschoolers, meeting with library staff members and visiting Kansas libraries.
Cronin will be at the Lawrence Public Library at 2 p.m. Monday.
The State Library of Kansas and the Kansas Center for the Book sponsor the Kansas Reads to Preschoolers Week.
