Mark Edgecomb, Lawrence, joined Farm Bureau Financial Services as a career agent effective Oct. 1.

Edgecomb completed his agent training Sept. 30 and is licensed to help create strategies to solve financial problems in the areas of auto, home, farm, disability and life insurance.

He is a lifelong resident of the Lawrence area and previously spent nine years in the finance and automotive industry for Academy Cars.
