The Class 6A state baseball championship game did not air Saturday night as scheduled.

Lawrence High’s victory against Shawnee Mission West was supposed to be broadcast Saturday night at 10:30 p.m. on Sunflower Broadband Channel 6, but it did not air because of a fire in the television crew’s production truck.

The triumph was the third baseball title in school history. For highlights, watch tonight’s Channel 6 Sports broadcast.
