Comic book, toy convention planned for this weekend

The 2009 Free State FreeCon Comic Book and Toy Convention will be from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. May 16.

The convention will feature 62 exhibitor tables and dozens of toys, action figures and comic books.

The convention will be held at the Douglas County Fairgrounds, Bldg. No. 21, and is free and open to the public.
