Duplex zoning approved
Commissioners unanimously approved a rezoning of 2.83 acres at the southeast corner of 19th Street and Learnard Avenue to allow for duplex construction.
The property is zoned single family, but has several duplexes on the site that were built prior to zoning codes in the city. The new zoning would allow two more duplexes to be built on the site.
