Need to monitor where the federal stimulus money is going?

Now you can do it with a free iPhone application developed by the Olathe eGovernment firm NIC. Called Transparent Gov, the application can be found at itunes.apple.com.

The application includes spending information depicted graphically about the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.

NIC also recently launched a one-stop source for access to stimulus and transparency information from governments nationwide. It can be found at transparent-gov.com and contains information about services offered by federal, state and local governments
