Grab a bat and swing for the fences. The batting cages at the Clinton Lake Softball Complex, 5101 Speicher Rd., are now open.

The cages are open from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday-Friday and 8 a.m. to 6 p.m Saturday and Sunday through April 14.

From April 15 to October 1, hours are 8 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.

The cages have four slow pitch softball stations, two fast pitch softball stations, a major league baseball station, two minor league baseball stations and one rookie station.

Tokens cost $1.00 and buy 20 pitches. Seven tokens cost $5. They can be purchased at the facility.
