The New Direction House will host a Texas Hold ‘Em Poker tournament beginning at 6:30 p.m. Friday at Conroy’s Pub, 3115 W. Sixth St.

Sign-in begins at 6:30 p.m. and play begins at 7 p.m. The cost is a $20 donation with rebuys until the first break. All money raised will benefit the New Direction House, an organization that works to provide support services and stability to Lawrence families without a home.

A variety of prizes will be awarded.
