21-year-old found dead in burning car

? The death of a Manhattan man whose body was found in a burning car has been ruled accidental.

Riley County police on Friday identified the victim as 21-year-old Christopher Garlow. The cause of death is listed as inhalation of hot fumes and gases.

Police came upon a 2002 BMW 330XI engulfed in flames early Thursday on a Manhattan street. When firefighters were able to extinguish the blaze, they found Garlow’s body inside.

Investigators have determined the fire started accidentally in the car’s engine compartment.
