Cynthia Lewis joins Douglas County Visiting Nurses, Rehabilitation and Hospice Care as quality improvement manager. She has more than eight years in health care quality, most recently as director of quality and risk at Overland Park Regional Medical Center. Lewis earned a master’s degree in health care administration, including the outcomes management concentration, from Kansas University. She is a certified professional in health care quality.

Linda Crabb has been promoted to home health team manager. She earned a bachelor of science degree in occupational therapy from KU. Crabb’s experience includes home visits for pediatrics in rural western Kansas as well as working in outpatient settings and sub-acute rehabilitation in Lawrence. She has worked at the VNA for nine years as a field clinician; she is also a certified lymphedema specialist.
