Several Lawrence kids became national TV stars today after their unique stories appeared on LJWorld.com, in the Lawrence Journal-World and on 6News.

Wyatt Carson made an appearance on this morning's Rachel Ray Show. Some of his friends were also featured in the package the show produced. We've got some highlights, or you can visit the show's Web site to see the whole piece, plus a video of young Wyatt teaching the camera guy how to tie a tie.

I know I sure couldn't tie a tie when I was his age.

Our other local star is Judson King, also known as the boy who fought to make hedgehogs legal in town. Chad Lawhorn told his story here, and it appeared on our sister station, KTKA. That story was featured on Digg and had 50,000 hits when last I checked.

Fox and Friends hooked up with him this morning, and also chatted with Lawrence Mayor Mike Dever. We have highlights of that interview or you can visit the show's Web site for the whole package.
