Law enforcement report

Lawrence police arrested a 32-year-old Lawrence man on charges of aggravated assault and disorderly conduct Thursday night.

The man was arrested at Jayhawk Mobile Home Court, 1417 E. 15th St. Sgt. Damon Thomas said the man was fighting with his girlfriend’s family. He threatened one individual with a knife and threw a glass at another person. Nobody was seriously injured.

The man was booked into jail at 9:49 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $3,500.

• An assault and a battery were reported early Friday morning at the Eighth Street Tap Room, 801 N.H. Police reports indicate that a 33-year-old Lawrence man, a bar employee, was assaulted and battered at 12:40 a.m.
