Matter of faith?
To the editor:
So, the Kansas House has sufficient faith in the believers of Kansas to appropriate $10,000 of scarce state resources to fund the production of license plates declaring “In God We Trust.” They are betting that these plates will eventually turn a profit. Perhaps they should hedge their bet by also producing plates bearing the motto, “Trust But Verify.”
