Overland Park ? Free State High’s girls bowling team won the Shawnee Mission South triangular on Wednesday, and the Firebirds placed second in the boys competition.

Free State’s Amelia Firns-Hubert had the girls’ top individual game, a 257, and also rolled a 598 series. Andrew Schoneweis led the Free State High boys with a 631 series on the day.
