Not so surprising
To the editor:
I am very surprised that in the discussion of budget cuts, we are talking about slashing crossing guards and other programs for children and the disadvantaged, while there is no mention of eliminating subsidies for a golf course and the Chamber of Commerce.
No, wait a minute. I am not surprised.
