Abducted girl rescued by police

? Authorities say a 5-year-old girl who was abducted Friday while playing her sisters at a Phoenix apartment complex has been found.

Sgt. Andy Hill says police found Natalie Flores late Friday.

He says a patrol officer spotted the suspect’s pickup truck and stopped it after a short pursuit. Hill says Natalie was rescued from inside the vehicle and is alive and well.

Police received a call at about 2:15 p.m. that Natalie had been taken. An Amber Alert was issued, and authorities began combing the area on foot, by car and with helicopters.

Hill says Natalie was playing outside with at the complex with her two sisters, ages 7 and 9, when a man parked his brown pickup truck in a nearby parking lot and walked over to them carrying a camera.

Hill says that after taking pictures of the girls, the man forced Natalie into his truck and drove away.
