Wichita ? Free State took first place, and Lawrence High was second among 19 teams Saturday at the Trinity Invitational girls swim meet.

FSHS and LHS swimmers won nine of 11 events, including all three relays.

For Free State, Molly Albrecht won the 200 freestyle and 100 backstroke, Chloe Portela won the 50 freestyle, and Heather Clark won the 200 individual medley. For Lawrence High, Emma Reaney won the 100 butterfly and 100 breaststroke.

Free State won all three relays: Albrecht, Reilly Moore, Portela and Morgan Flannigan in the 200 medley, Moore, Adriane Black, Kayla Hedges and Clark in the 200 freestyle, and Albrecht, Portela, Clark and Flannigan in the 400 freestyle.
