Donations sought for Eudora woman left homeless in fire

Monetary donations are being solicited for a Eudora woman whose mobile home was damaged in an April 14 fire.

Sarah Klebenstein and her 17-year-old son escaped the home unharmed. The woman had no insurance on the home, which fire officials estimated suffered $4,000 in structural damage.

Prosecutors charged Donzell Quinn, a 41-year-old homeless man, with aggravated arson in the incident. Klebenstein said Quinn was a former boyfriend.

Donations to Klebenstein can be made at any Douglas County Bank branch.
