Kids Voting is looking for volunteers for numerous polling stations in Douglas County. Volunteers will work in shifts Tuesday, Nov. 4, to help young people place their vote and count ballots.

¢ Ballard Community Services is looking for volunteers to organize a food drive for the Penn House and asks for food donations to be brought to 1035 Pa.

¢ The Douglas County AIDS Project is in the process of collecting personal hygiene products for its clients. Donations of toothpaste, toothbrushes, shampoo and conditioner, facial shaving cream, leg and underarm shaving cream, disposable razors, bar soap, lotion, toilet paper and tissues are needed.
Bring donations to 2518 Ridge Court, Room 101, or contact Sue Licht-Cliff at dcapccc@sunflower.com.
¢ The Salvation Army needs three to four food pantry/cafeteria assistants year-round from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays to help prepare, serve and clean up for the lunch program or assist with the food pantry and distribution.

¢ The Lawrence Community Theatre is looking for people to help out with “All Shook Up,” which runs weekends through Sunday, Oct. 5.
