Speech class set for Parkinson’s sufferers
Lawrence Memorial Hospital is offering a speech class for people who have Parkinson’s disease.
The class aims to improve a person’s communication effectiveness, vocal intensity and speech intelligibility. The class will be from 11 a.m. to noon on Nov. 19, Dec. 3, Dec. 17, Dec. 31, Jan. 14 and Jan. 28.
