The Lawrence Meals on Wheels garage sale benefit has been rescheduled for 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Oct. 4 at AAPS Storage and Mini Storage, 2400 Franklin Road, south of Kansas Highway 10.
The event originally scheduled for last weekend was rained out.
The organization delivers meals five days a week to 122 people. Eighty percent of those clients are unable to pay. Proceeds supplement the cost of their meals.

I went out there. Who decided to have a fund raiser out in the country? By the way, go east on 10, turn south on Franklin road and left at the storage company.
