Air Force band to play in Tonganoxie
For one night only, the sounds of an acclaimed U.S. Air Force band will fill the Tonganoxie Performing Arts Center.
The USAF Heartland of America Band, which is based in Omaha, Neb., will bring its Winds of Freedom band to TPAC for a performance at 7 p.m. Saturday. The performing arts center is on the Tonganoxie High School campus.
The concert is free and open to the public. Winds of Freedom is a woodwind quintet composed of band members from larger ensembles.
