Local advertiser attends seminars

Lawrence — Cheryl Wonnell, owner of Creative Advertising Inc., 805 Murrow Court, Lawrence, recently attended the 2008 Geiger Galleria conference in Tampa, Fla.
Wonnell was a prize-winner in the Geiger Go For the Gold Contest for an increase in sales from April 1 through Aug. 1, over the previous years sales.
Wonnell attended educational seminars and a promotional products trade show while at the conference. She and her assistant, Brie Dardis, also attended educational seminars in St. Louis earlier this summer.
Creative Advertising celebrated 21 years in business on May 1.
