Frightening pick
To the editor:
Wow. Sarah Palin as potential commander-in-chief, with her finger poised above the button of an all-out nuclear holocaust and the end of civilization as we know it lying in the balance? The ultra-right fringe of the Republican Party must have lost their collective minds. However, I suppose that when the arsenal exchange is finished, she can retreat back to her village, catch more fish and lobby what remains of her little town to criminalize abortion.
What is it with these people? This selection is even more frightening than the nomination of Harriet Miers to the U.S. Supreme Court.
