Dillon thanks

To the editor:

Thanks to Free State and Lawrence High schools for dedicating Friday night’s game in memory of our son, Lt. David K. Dillon, who served with the Douglas County Sheriff’s Department for 26 years. He loved to attend the football games at each school and help patrol. We miss him very much and know Lawrence does also. Thanks again; Lawrence is a great community!
