The Lawrence Chamber of Commerce, 734 Vt., is seeking nominations for people to serve on its 2009 board of directors.
Nominees must be a chamber member in good standing with the organization. Self-nominations are welcome and encouraged.
The board of directors serves as the general governing body of the chamber and is made up of area businesspeople who are diverse in experience, vocation and background.
To make a nomination, send the nominee's contact information with a brief explanation of how the chamber board could benefit from the nominee's participation to Christy Bogner at cbogner@lawrencechamber.com. The deadline is Nov. 7.
