Brandon Woods at Alvamar, 1501 Inverness Drive, Lawrence, recently released a list of associates who completed the Geriatric Resource Specialist Program offered by Central Plains Geriatric Education Center and Kansas University Medical Center.

Peggy Benally, Kathleen McGee, Jenny Wold, Suzy Jach, Mary Montgomery, Janet Riley, Trudy Sipes, Jan Warford and Cheryl Witte completed 40 hours of instruction, 20 hours of continuing education and a team project.

The Brandon Woods teams presented two projects: Weight Management for Persons with Dementia and Improving Care for Hearing and Vision Impaired Residents.
