Lt. Gov. Mark Parkinson is scheduled to be the keynote speaker at the East Central Kansas Economic Opportunity Corp.’s annual dinner Tuesday in Ottawa.

Anyone who wants to attend must RSVP by the end of Monday. It is the annual fellowship dinner to recognize board members, staff and outstanding volunteers and organizations.

The private, nonprofit community agency provides services for low-income families, children and individuals.
