LMH sponsors senior fitness programs

Lawrence Memorial Hospital will play host to free programs promoting health and fitness among older adults from 8:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. Wednesday. The programs are part of the hospital’s celebration of National Senior Health and Fitness Day.

Events will begin in the LMH Auditorium. The day will include a health walk followed by a presentation, “Senior Fitness 101: Being Smart about Staying Fit,” by exercise physiologist Vic White of LMH Kreider Rehabilitation Services. White will also be available to answer fitness-related questions.

Refreshments will be provided. Advance enrollment is requested.
