“Investing in Your Health,” the latest session in TherapyWorks’ Helping You Help Yourself Series, will be conducted at 7 p.m. Tuesday at TherapyWorks’ new location, 1311 Wakarusa Drive, Suite 1000.

Featured speakers will be Dr. Carla Phipps, a board-certified family practice physician at Lawrence Family Practice; and Cindy Johnson, a physical therapist, owner and executive director of TherapyWorks.

The workshop is intended to teach participants key things they can do to maximize their overall health and wellness while minimizing the time and expense required.

The seminar is free, but organizers ask that participants call 749-1300 to reserve a spot.
