The annual Monarch Watch Open House and plant fundraiser is set for 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at Foley Hall on Kansas University’s West Campus.

Brenda Mott of the Children’s Museum of Kansas City will assist with activities for children from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. There also will be live exotic and local insects, videos of monarchs and bees, a honey bee observation hive, and continuously blooming butterfly and hummingbird plants for sale.
