The Lawrence Public Library Board of Trustees elected officers in April to serve through April 2009:

¢ Chairman: Christopher Burger, of Stevens and Brand LLP.

¢ Vice chairwoman: Kathleen O’Leary Morgan, of Morgan Quitno Press.

¢ Secretary/treasurer: Terence Leibold, of Barber Emerson LC.

Other board members are Michael Machell, of Prescription Solutions; and Deborah Thompson, of Lawrence Memorial Hospital.
