Kirk Hutson is winner of MSM Systems Inc.’s Most Valuable Player Award for 2007.

Hutson works in design and installation for the Lawrence company, which provides services involving audio systems, video systems, theatrical lighting and acoustic products for professional, commercial, educational and religious markets.

Hutson, who is certified as an electronic systems technician by the National Systems Contractors Association, has been with MSM since 2003 and has 12 years experience working with audio, video and lighting production technology.

Kent Clasen, MSM president, lauded Hutson for excelling last year in computer-aided design and video design work, in addition to his ongoing hard work and dedication.

Hutson received an award plaque and a donation was made in his name to a local charity.
