Recycling choice
To the editor:
Curbside service should not be for everyone. A single person does not have as much recyclable material as a family. A municipal service of $6 to $15 tacked onto our present curbside service will hurt a senior citizen.
I think this should be a choice of the citizens of this city whether they can afford it or not. How is a person to survive when our income is frozen? Everything goes up: taxes, gas, groceries, health insurance, etc. Not all of us can afford this.
If you are on the survey, make it a choice of the citizen.
