‘Life on the Kaw’ edition to be unveiled
A Kansas River advocacy group will unveil the latest edition to the online Kansas River Atlas “Life on the Kaw” later this month at the Lawrence Public Library, 707 Vt.
The Kansas River Atlas is an interactive tool containing information about recreational access and environmental risks to the river, also known as the Kaw River.
The Web site, developed by Friends of the Kaw, can be found at www.kansasriver.org. The library presentation will be at 7 p.m. March 25 in the auditorium.
