Commissioners unanimously approved University Park, a 42-home single family development proposed for the area near 13th and Iowa streets.
Commissioners approved the project after developers and neighbors agreed on wording to be placed in the development's zoning documents that would make it more difficult for any commercial development to ever occur on the property.

They definitely need to add a turn late to Iowa between Bob Billings and Harvard if they do this.
